Dr Dana Kanze is Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. She received her PhD from Columbia Business School and BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to her academic career, Dana worked as an investment banker, strategic consultant, and entrepreneur where she advised an lead teams of varying sizes.

Dr Kanze’s award-winning research has been published in leading academic outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, as well as in top-tier practitioner outlets such as Harvard Business Review. Her findings have been featured by BBC Radio, Bloomberg, Business Insider, Chicago Booth Review, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Financial Times, Forbes, Fortune, Inc.Magazine, Pitchbook, Quartz, Scientific American, TechCrunch, Thrive, The Wall Street Journal, and Wharton Magazine.
