Infoshare sp. z o. o. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds "Expanding the scope of services offered in the field of equipment for partners' stands".

Project goals

Implementation of the project will expand the services that the Applicant will be able to offer to clients (partners) at conferences and meetups (events). Currently, the Applicant sells partners participation in the conference, which includes the possibility for partners to exhibit their booth, which partners have to independently obtain, supply and build at the event site. The purchase of lighted stands and counters, as well as TVs, will make it possible to offer partners not only booth space, but also its arrangement.

Offering such a booth arrangement service will broaden the range of customers interested in attending the conference by facilitating attendance - often companies, especially SMEs, do not have extensive marketing departments or other organizational units specializing in event booths or the appropriate equipment to implement such booths.

Partner's participation in the event will involve less involvement of its employees in the technical handling of the event and focus on achieving the goals of participation (attracting customers, business partners, employees, brand and product promotion).

Offering booth arrangements additionally will increase participation in events by partners from abroad, for whom booth arrangement is a serious challenge.

The elements planned for purchase allow us to offer booth arrangements in many configurations, which will be adapted to each event taking into account the size of the booth space in partner packages. Interchangeable, printable branding elements of stands and counters will allow you to customize your booth arrangement to match your partner's color scheme and logos, and the TV set for multimedia presentation of their products and services.
