ABOUT
1. What is Infoshare?
Infoshare is the conference where you can share your story and make your ideas happen. This year's Infoshare conference takes place on the 24-25th of May 2023. The conference consists of two days full of expert speeches delivered on nine stages as well as matchmaking sessions and side events.
At Infoshare you will find knowledge and inspiration to cooperate, form meaningful bonds and create a truly innovative technological society. In 2020 we had our first online edition, which lasted 6 days with speeches on nine stages! In 2021 we got back successfully to an offline edition, where we hosted 4500+ attendees. In 2022, the event brought together 6000+ attendees including developers, executives, innovation leaders, marketers, investors, 544 startups, and 90+ interviews. We hosted more than 173 speakers on stage - successful founders, serial entrepreneurs, and well-known developers from all over the world. Infoshare gives also a great possibility for networking by the special platform.
Infoshare is an event organized by a group of professionals experienced with technology, marketing, and management thoroughly dedicated to making it the best possible high-quality event for all of our guests. Infoshare takes place in AMBEREXPO Conference Centre in Gdańsk, Poland.

5. Does Infoshare have a specific dresscode?
There is no specific dress code for Infoshare however, people tend to dress smart casual for parties.
6. Is Infoshare an annual event?
Yes, the conference itself happens once a year, however, we’re organizing Tech3Camp Meetups for IT society, Infoshare AI the conference focused on AI, and the conference Infoshare F3. We have also teamed up to offer foreign startups from proptech, transport and logistics, and data science areas acceleration program with up to 45k euro equity-free grant. More details here.

ATTENDEE
1. Who can attend Infoshare?
The event is open for everyone over the age of 15. You just need to be registered.
You can do it here.
2. Do I need to have my ID with me during the conference?
Yes, you need to have your ID (or another document with your photo) during the conference and all side events. You may be asked by Organizers to prove your identity.
3. Do I need to be over the age of 18 to attend Infoshare?
No, you need to be over the age of 15. People under 15 years of age may participate in the conference only under the supervision of adults.
4. I’m not attending Infoshare conference, can I still attend a side event?
No, side events are available only for conference attendees.
5. Am I allowed to take pictures or video at the event?
Taking photographs and video for private use is of course permitted.
6. Where can I see videos from previous years?

ACCOUNT
1. How can I register?
You can register here.
2. I am not working at any company, what should I write in the box “company name” during registration?
You can enter the title of a project you are running, the name of the organization to which you belong, the name of the university, etc.
You can also be creative and write whatever you want! But remember it will be presented under your name at your conference badge.
3. How can I get access to my Infoshare account?
You can log into your account on our website using your e-mail address and a password.

4. How can I edit my profile information?
You should log into your account on our website using your e-mail address and a password and then click “Your profile” Tab.
5. Do I need to be an employee of a company to participate in Infoshare?
No, you don’t have to be employed. You can be a student, startup, self-employed or have any other status.
Everyone (over the age of 15) can come to the conference after registration on our website.
6. Can I delete my account on www.infoshare.pl?
If you want to delete your account, please contact us at contact@infoshare.pl.

PARTNERSHIP
1. I want to give a speech or propose a Speaker, whom should I contact?
To give a speech at Infoshare you need to send your application for the “Call for Speakers”. You can find more information about the CFS here.

2. I am interested in partnering Infoshare, whom should I contact?

3. I’m interested in a media pass, whom should I contact?

5. Can I use the photos taken at the event by the photographers?
Publications, articles, and all non-commercial Infoshare-related usage of the photos is okay when crediting the photographer and mentioning that the photo is from Infoshare.
You are not allowed either to edit the photos nor to use them for commercial purposes. If you want to use the photos for commercial use, contact media@infoshare.pl.
6. Who can apply to volunteer?
Volunteering is open to anyone over the age of 15 who is interested in tech, innovation, events, and of course fun!

MATCHMAKING
1. How long will I have access to matchmaking?
Access to the matchmaking tool in terms of browsing the attendee list and sending messages will be available until 25th of June 2023.
2. What is matchmaking?
Matchmaking is based on an online tool that helps you schedule both online and in-person meetings. The main goal is to connect people. It is a great chance for those looking for investors, business opportunities, clients, partners, job offers, employees, and much more.

4. Does my ticket allow me to take part in matchmaking?
Matchmaking is available for everyone with one of these Passes: Networker, Executive, Startup, and Investor.
But to take part make sure to check off the "I want to take part in Matchmaking" checkbox in your profile.

It is not available in the Infoshare Conference app.
VENUE

FOOD AREA
1. Are there food and drinks available at the event?
At Infoshare you can find special zones to eat and chill:
Speakers' lounge
- it’s a separated location available for blue wristband holders,
- lunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00,
- ongoing coffee break,
Lunch Area
- if you have a basic, conference, startup pass - here you can buy a meal,
- if you have a voucher here you can exchange it for a lunch,
- lunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00,
Food Trucks Area
- if you have a basic, conference, startup pass - you can buy a meal in food trucks,
- if you have a voucher you can exchange it for a lunch in food trucks,
- lunch is served from 10:00 to 16:30,
Coffee Corners
- there will be several coffee stations at the venue available for all attendees.
2. What can I get for my lunch voucher?

STARTUP EXPO
1. Will there be an online startup expo?
No, there will be an online startup database - you can read about it here - and physical expo (during the conference).
2. Who will have access to the startup database?
Only the Investor or Executive Pass holders will have access to the database.

FACILITIES
1. Will there be a free Wifi at AmberExpo?
Yes, Wifi is available at the venue.
2. Is there a parking available for the conference attendees?
Yes, parking is available for all Infoshare attendees on 24-25th of May from 8:00 to 19:00.
It is a paid car parking - 4PLN per hour.
It will be marked as 'parking for attendees':
Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk stadium parking, zone P4 (vis a vis AmberExpo, entrance from Żaglowa street).

3. Is there a cash machine?
The cash machine is located at the main entrance, next to the Żaglowa street.
4. Where should I look for accommodation in Gdańsk?
5. Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs?
Nearly all areas at Infoshare are accessible for wheelchairs. If you need wheelchair assistance, please let us know in the Info Point next to the registration desk.

BADGES
1. Where and when can I pick up my badge and wristband?
Place and time, where you can register:
May 23rd:
- Before Party (19:00-23:00)
May 24th:
- Great Networking Party (20:00-22:00)
- AmberExpo (8:00-16:00)
May 25th:
- AmberExpo (8:00-14:00)
2. Do I have to wear my badge and wristband all the time?
Yes, you have to wear them during all conference days and all side events.
Organizers reserve the right to forbid entering the conference or a side event without the badge and the wristband.
3. Do I need to have my ID with me during the conference?
Yes, you need to have your ID (or another document with your photo) during the conference and all side events. You may be asked by Organizers to prove your identity.

CLOAKROOM
1. What are the timings for the cloakroom? Do I have to pay to use the cloakroom?
The cloakroom is free and will be open between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. You can leave your jacket, coat or bag there, but we don't take responsibility for them.
2. Where can I reclaim items lost at the event?

PASSES AND PAYMENT

PASSES
1. I bought a pass, where can I find it?
After purchasing a pass you should get an e-mail confirmation. You should have your pass visible at your Infoshare account after logging into our website in the “Your tickets” tab on your profile.
2. What does the Infoshare pass entitle me to?
Each pass type (e.g. basic/startup/conference/networker/executive/investor) gives you different profits.
Here you can find the full list, which will help you with choosing the right ticket.
3. I have a basic pass and I would like to take part in Great Networking Party - can I pay only for this event?
No, there is no possibility to purchase an extra ticket only for Great Networking Party.
If you are interested in any of the side events you need to consider buying a different pass.
4. Can I buy a pass only for one day of the conference?
No, we don't offer one-day passes.
5. Can I purchase several passes on my account?
You can purchase several passes and transfer them to your friends/coworkers. Order all passes to your acount and pay for it. Then log into your account on our website, go to the “Your tickets” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.
However, on one account you can have only one Basic Pass.
6. How can I transfer my pass to another person?
You just have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your tickets” tab and click “Transfer to other person”. You can transfer one ticket at a time.
You can't transfer a Basic Pass.
Transffering a pass is not possible after check in.
7. When can I purchase my ticket online?
If you're sure that you want to participate, don't wait with ordering your ticket - pass prices increase until the conference.
8. Do I need to print my pass?
There is no need to print your ticket. On your profile on the Infoshare website or in the app, you will find a Registration QR Code.
If you are registered on our website and bought a pass, after showing the Registration QR Code, you will receive a badge at the registration desk at the venue. There is also a possibility to collect your badge at side events.
9. What is check in?
Check in works like registration during offline conferences. You need to decide, which pass you log into by choosiing the proper checkbox. To do that you need to have a pass on the account. After check in, you can't change your email address, name, surname and you can't transfer the pass. If you have more than one pass, you can change check in in your account: https://infoshare.pl/profile/ - go to the section "Your tickets", but you can't do that if you have the same type of tickets. Checked pass is visible in the profile.

COSTS
1. How much does the participation in Infoshare cost?
Here you can find passes with many profits included. Check details of the pass that you are interested in.
2. How can I pay for my pass?
You can pay by:
- credit/debit card,
- online transfer,
- blik,
- Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout,
- if you can't use any of these methods and you need a pro forma invoice, please contact us at: contact@infoshare.pl. (This method is available only until May 19th)
3. Can I order my ticket now and pay for it later?
Yes, you can order your ticket now and pay it later by credit/debit card, online transfer, blik, Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout. When you are asked to pay (while ordering a pass), choose the option to pay later. After that, you'll have 7 days time to complete your registration before your pass gets cancelled.
4. Can I pay for the pass by bank transfer?
Yes, you can pay for the pass by bank transfer. Contact us at: contact@infoshare.pl and we will send you bank details.
This method is available only until May 19th.
5. Are there tickets for students?
We don't have dedicated tickets for students. We recommend buying a ticket as early as possible and taking advantage of big discounts.

INVOICES
1. How can I get an invoice?
You will receive an invoice on the email address you put in for the order. You can also download an invoice from your account on our website - go into "Your orders" tab. The document will be ready 24 hours after your payment is credited.
2. How can I get a pro forma invoice?
If you need a pro forma invoice, please contact us at: contact@infoshare.pl.
This payment method is available only until May 19th
3. Can you deduct the VAT since you are selling within the EU?
To comply with EU law (Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive), we have to charge VAT in the country where the event takes place.

RETURNS
1. I bought a paid pass more than 14 days ago, but I can’t come to the conference. What should I do?
You can transfer your pass to another person. You have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your tickets” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.
2. I can’t attend the conference and I don’t want to transfer my pass. Can I get a refund?
You've got 14 days to return your ticket. To accomplish this, you need to send your resignation to the email address: contact@infoshare.pl from the email address you used during registration. In that case, the payment will be returned within 14 days to the bank account, from which the payment was made.
STARTUPS

PASSES
1. What pass should I buy if I want to represent a startup at Infoshare?
For startups we have a dedicated pass - Startup Pass available for all stage projects. This is a paid pass with full access, but the first step would be applying for it. We will check if you are a truly innovative tech project before we invite you to join Infoshare 2023 conference as a startup. It is one pass per person, but you can order more passes and transfer them to your team members. The startup Contest Application is not a pass, so to attend the conference you need to have a pass. For 20 Startup Contest semifinalists, we offer 2 Startup Passes for free.
2. Is the Startup Pass the right pass for me?
Infoshare agrees with Steve Blank's definition: a startup is an organization formed to search for a repeatable and scalable business model and a business model describes how your company creates, delivers, and captures value. The startup offers its own innovative product. Companies offering services, like consulting and programming services (e.g. software houses) or projects run by established companies/corporations can not be named startups in this definition.

4. Is one Startup Pass for one person only?
Yes, one Startup Pass pass gives access to the Infoshare conference for one person only.
RECORDING ACCESS
1. Where can I find livestreams from the stages?
You can find them here. The livestreams will start at the beginning of the conference.
2. How and where to watch the conference recordings?
To watch lecture recordings, log in to your account, go to Conference > Agenda and click on the desired lecture.
Some speakers didn't consent to be recorded, so their lectures are not available.

3. How long do I have access to the recordings?
The videos are available for a year.

1. Who has access to the Infoshare 2022 Conference recordings and livestream?
Access to the Infoshare 2022 Conference recordings is granted to holders of one of the following passes:
- Conference,
- Networker,
- Startup,
- Investor,
- Executive.
Only Basic Pass holders have limited access to the recordings.
2. When will the recordings be available?
The recordings will be available to access through our agenda 2/4 weeks after the conference. You will be informed by e-mail.

Access to the Infoshare 2022 Conference recordings is granted to holders of one of the following passes:
