Infoshare is a conference where you can share your story and make your ideas happen. This year's Infoshare conference takes place on the 27-28th of May 2025. The conference consists of two days full of expert speeches delivered on seven stages as well as matchmaking sessions, speed dating, round tables, meetings with experts and side events.

At Infoshare you will find knowledge and inspiration to cooperate, form meaningful bonds and create a truly innovative technological society. In 2020 we had our first online edition, which lasted 6 days with speeches on nine stages! In 2021 we got back successfully to an offline edition, where we hosted 4500+ attendees. In 2022, the event brought together 6000+ attendees including developers, executives, innovation leaders, marketers, investors, 544 startups, and 90+ interviews. We hosted more than 173 speakers on stage - successful founders, serial entrepreneurs, and well-known developers from all over the world. Infoshare also gives a great possibility for networking by the special platform.

Infoshare is an event organized by a group of professionals experienced with technology, marketing and management, thoroughly dedicated to making it the best possible high-quality event for all of our guests. There is no specific dress code for Infoshare, however people tend to dress smart casual for our side events.

The event is open for everyone over the age of 15. You just need to have a pass.

Yes, you need to have your ID (or another document with your photo) during the conference and all side events. You may be asked by Organizers to prove your identity.

No, you need to be over the age of 15. People under 15 years of age may participate in the conference only under the supervision of adults.

No, side events are available only for conference attendees.

Taking photographs and video for private use is permitted.

Sure! Children younger than 7 can attend the conference without a ticket, accompanied by an adult.

You can enter the title of a project you are running, the name of the organization to which you belong, the name of the university, etc.
You can also be creative and write whatever you want! But remember it will be presented under your name at your conference badge.

Publications, articles, and all non-commercial Infoshare-related usage of the photos is okay when crediting the photographer and mentioning that the photo is from Infoshare.

You are not allowed to neither edit the photos nor to use them for commercial purposes. If you want to use the photos for commercial use, contact media@infoshare.pl.

Volunteering is open to anyone over the age of 15 who is interested in tech, innovation, events, and of course fun!

After purchasing a pass you should get an email confirmation. The pass will be visible on your Infoshare account after logging in on our website (in the “Your passes” tab on your profile).

Each pass type (e.g. visitor/conference/business/executive/startup/investor) gives you different profits.

No, all orders must be placed on our website.

No, there is no possibility to purchase an extra ticket only for the Great Networking Party.
If you are interested in any of the side events you need to consider buying a different pass.

No, we don't offer one-day passes.

No, tickets cannot be divided between conference days. Tickets are assigned to your name, so only one person can enter per ticket.

You can purchase several passes and transfer them to your friends/coworkers. Order all passes to your account and pay for it. Then log into your account on our website, go to the “Your tickets” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.

You just have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your tickets” tab and click “Transfer to other person”. You can transfer one ticket at a time.

Transferring a pass is not possible after check in.

If you're sure that you want to participate, don't wait with ordering your ticket - pass prices increase until the conference. You can order your pass here.

There is no deadline - you can even register and buy a pass at the conference (via your mobile device). After you purchase a pass online, go to the registration desk for your badge.
NOTE: Payment via a proforma invoice is possible only until May 19th. The payment has to be confirmed a day before the conference at the latest.

There is no need to print your ticket. On your profile on the Infoshare website or in the app, you will find a Registration QR Code.

If you are registered on our website and bought a pass, after showing the Registration QR Code, you will receive a badge at the registration desk at the venue. There is also a possibility to collect your badge at the side events.

This year there will be no free Basic Passes.

Check in works like registration during offline conferences. You need to decide which pass you log into by choosing the proper checkbox. To do that you need to have a pass on the account. After check in, you can't change your email address, name, surname and you can't transfer the pass. If you have more than one pass, you can change check in on your account: https://infoshare.pl/profile/ - go to the section "Your tickets", but you can't do that if you have the same type of tickets. Checked in pass is visible in the profile.

If you purchase a Visitor or Conference Pass you will be assigned a personal code. Share the code to receive a pass upgrade or an additional pass.

You can pay by:
- credit/debit card,
- online transfer,
- blik,
- Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout,
- Installment payments,
- if you can't use any of these methods and you need a pro forma invoice, you can find it in the order confirmation email.
NOTE: Payment via a proforma invoice is possible only until May 19th. The payment has to be confirmed a day before the conference at the latest.

Infoshare allows you to purchase passes in the installment system using PayU Installments. PayU Installments are available at selected e-shops if your purchases, including shipping costs, are between 300 and 50 000 PLN. You can find more information here: PayU installments - for buyers.

Yes, you can order your ticket now and pay later by credit/debit card, online transfer, blik, Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout. When you are asked to pay (while ordering a pass), choose the option to pay later. After that, you'll have 7 days to complete the payment before your order is cancelled.

Here, on the top of the page, you can find the date of the nearest price change. Prices go up on the day shown.

You will receive an invoice on the email address you put in for the order. You can also download the invoice from your account on our website - go to the "Your orders" tab. The document will be ready 48 hours after your payment is confirmed.

If you need a pro forma invoice, you can find it in the order confirmation email.

To comply with EU law (Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive), we have to charge VAT in the country where the event takes place.

We are not an entity covered by the education system or an entity that has been accredited to provide vocational education and retraining services and therefore we do not apply VAT reductions to the price of a conference ticket.

You've got 14 days to return your ticket. To accomplish this, you need to send your resignation to the email address: contact@infoshare.pl from the email address you used during registration. In that case, the payment will be returned within 14 days to the bank account, from which the payment was made.

You can transfer your pass to another person. You have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.

For startups we have a dedicated pass - Startup Pass available for all stage projects. This is a paid pass, but the first step would be applying for it. We will check if you are a truly innovative tech project before we invite you to join the Infoshare 2025 conference as a startup. It is one pass per person, but you can order more passes and transfer them to your team members.

The Startup Contest Application is not a pass, so to attend the conference you need to have a pass. For 20 Startup Contest semifinalists, we offer 2 Startup Passes for free.

Infoshare agrees with Steve Blank's definition: a startup is an organization formed to search for a repeatable and scalable business model and a business model describes how your company creates, delivers, and captures value. The startup offers its own innovative product. Companies offering services, like consulting and programming services (e.g. software houses) or projects run by established companies/corporations can not be named startups in this definition.

The Startup Contest Application is not a pass, so to attend the conference you need to have a pass. For 20 Startup Contest semifinalists, we offer 2 Startup Passes for free.

Yes, one Startup Pass pass gives access to the Infoshare conference for one person only.

Matchmaking is based on an online tool that helps you schedule both online and in-person meetings. The main goal is to connect people. It is a great chance for those looking for investors, business opportunities, clients, partners, job offers, employees, and much more.

Online meetings are available on the 26th and 29th-30th May 2025. In-person meetings are available for both days of the conference(27th-28th May).

Participants have access to the matchmaking tool until 30 June 2025.

Matchmaking is available to holders of the following passes:

• Investor.

It is an online tool that allows you to find experts in the fields of business, technology, and marketing, and then schedule a 20-minute meeting with them. Attendees will have access to the list of experts and the ability to book meetings starting May 14, 2025. Meetings will take place on May 27th and 28th, 2025, in the designated Meetings with experts area near the Marketing Stage.

Access to Meetings with Experts, as either an attendee or an expert, is available exclusively to holders of the following passes: Conference Pass, Startup Pass, Business Pass, Media Pass, Business Angel Pass, Investor Pass, and Executive Pass.

Once the tool is available, a link to it will be visible in the attendee's profile after logging in to the website http://infoshare.pl. Attendees will have access to the list of experts and will be able to book meetings starting May 14, 2025. They can schedule meetings from May 14, 2025.

Experts designated by the Organizers have access to the tool in their profile after logging in to the website http://infoshare.pl starting May 6, 2025. To be presented on the list of experts, it is necessary to consent to the use of the tool, provide information such as your field, area of expertise, bio, and make at least 3 time slots available for meetings with attendees.

Speed Dating is a dynamic and effective form of networking that enables you to establish many valuable business contacts in a short time. During the Speed Dating sessions, you will have the opportunity to have a series of short, 3-minute 1:1 meetings with other conference attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to present your business, exchange business cards, and build relationships that can lead to future collaboration.

• Prior registration for the selected Speed Dating session is required through the participant's profile on the conference website.

• Registration for Speed Dating sessions will start on May 14th, and you can register until all places are filled or 5 minutes before the session.

No, WiFi is not available at the venue.

There is a city parking right next to the conference venue. (1 Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk St, Gdańsk - P4 parking)

Price list:
3 PLN for the first 30 minutes,
4 PLN for the next 30 minutes,
7 PLN for each subsequent hour.

Nearly all areas at Infoshare are accessible for wheelchairs. If you need wheelchair assistance, please let us know prior to the conference (via email: contact@infoshare.pl) or in the Info Point next to the registration desks.

Water dispensers will be available at the venue, we encourage you to bring your own reusable bottle.

Yes, you have to wear them during all conference days and all side events.
Organizers reserve the right to forbid entering the conference or a side event without the badge and wristband.

The cloakroom is free and will be open from 8:00 am to 6:15 pm on the 27th and from 9:00 am to 4:15 pm on the 28th. You can leave your jacket or coat there, but we don't take responsibility for them.
It is located in Hall B.

It is not allowed to take a suitcase or bigger bags into the conference venue.
You can leave them in the designated area before entering the building.
