I have been with GetResponse since 2013 starting as a Deliverability Specialist - currently responsible for the Compliance Dept and an abuse detection system called Hydra. Committed to incorporating AI and automation into processes requiring swift and accurate actions. I wish to bring to life a system that will be an aid not only for anti-abuse professionals but everyone interacting with customers.

A fan of cyberpunk and find myself mesmerised by such a vision of future.
