1. What is Infoshare?

Infoshare is a conference where you can share your story and make your ideas happen. This year's Infoshare conference takes place on the 20-21st of May 2026. The conference consists of two days full of expert speeches delivered on seven stages as well as matchmaking sessions, speed dating, round tables, meetings with experts and side events.

Infoshare is an event organized by a group of professionals experienced with technology, marketing and management, thoroughly dedicated to making it the best possible high-quality event for all of our guests. The Infoshare team started building the conference more than 19 years ago, making it the biggest tech conference in Central-Eastern Europe. Find more information here.

2. Where does Infoshare take place?

Infoshare takes place in AMBEREXPO Conference Centre in Gdańsk, Poland.
The full address is: St. Żaglowa 11, 80-560 Gdańsk. Check it out on the map.

3. Are the speeches available online?

There will be no live stream of the speeches at this year's conference.
Recordings will be available to certain pass holders after the event. To see which passes include access, refer to the "Recording Access" section of this FAQ.

4. Do you recommend any hotels?

7. Does Infoshare have a specific dress code?

There is no specific dress code for Infoshare, however people tend to dress smart casual for our side events.

1. Who can attend Infoshare?

The event is open for everyone over the age of 15. You just need to have a pass.
You can buy it here.

2. Do I need to have my ID with me during the conference?

Yes, you need to have your ID (or another document with your photo) during the conference and all side events. You may be asked by Organizers to prove your identity.

3. Do I need to be over the age of 18 to attend Infoshare?

No, you need to be over the age of 15. People under 15 years of age may participate in the conference only under the supervision of adults.

4. I’m not attending the Infoshare conference, can I still attend a side event?

No, side events are available only for conference attendees.

5. Am I allowed to take pictures or video at the event?

Taking photographs and video for private use is permitted.

6. Can you send me an invitation letter to use as proof for my visa application?

We issue an invitation letter only when General Pass or Executive Pass is purchased.
Be aware that it will be issued 14 days after your purchase. 

7. Can I bring my child with me to the conference?

Sure! Children younger than 7 can attend the conference without a ticket, accompanied by an adult.

1. How can I register?

You can register here.

2. I am not working at any company, what should I write in the box “company name” during registration?

You can enter the title of a project you are running, the name of the organization to which you belong, the name of the university, etc.
You can also be creative and write whatever you want! But remember it will be presented under your name at your conference badge.

3. How can I get access to my Infoshare account?

You can log into your account on our website using your email address and a password. 
If you haven't created an account yet, you can do it here.

4. How can I edit my profile information?

You should log into your account on our website using your email address and a password and then click the “Personal info” tab.

5. How can I change my password?

To change your password, log in to our website and select the "Personal info" tab on your profile. There you will find the "Change password" option.

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, you can select the "Forgot your password?" option. when logging in. We will send you an email with a link to set a new password.

6. Can I delete my account on www.infoshare.pl?

If you want to delete your account, please contact us at contact@infoshare.pl.

1. I want to give a speech or propose a speaker, who should I contact?

To give a speech at Infoshare you need to send your application through the “Call for Speakers”.
The applications will open at the end of this month.

2. I am interested in partnering Infoshare, who should I contact?

3. I’m interested in a media pass, who should I contact?

If you need information about media accreditation, please contact us at: media@infoshare.pl.

5. Can I use the photos taken at the event by the photographers?

Publications, articles, and all non-commercial Infoshare-related usage of the photos is okay when crediting the photographer and mentioning that the photo is from Infoshare.

You are not allowed to neither edit the photos nor to use them for commercial purposes. If you want to use the photos for commercial use, contact media@infoshare.pl.

6. Who can apply to volunteer?

Volunteering is open to anyone over the age of 15 who is interested in tech, innovation, events, and of course fun!

1. How and when can I ask questions?

Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday in hours 9 am to 4 pm. You can contact us via email: contact@infoshare.pl or phone: +48 586 887 121.

1. I bought a pass, where can I find it?

After purchasing a pass you should get an email confirmation. The pass will be visible on your Infoshare account after logging in on our website (in the “Your passes” tab on your profile).

2. What does the Infoshare pass entitle me to?

Each pass type (e.g., visitor/general/executive/startup/business angel/investor) gives you different profits.
Here you can find the full list to help you choose the right ticket.

3. Can I place an order by email?

No, all orders must be placed on our website.

4. I have a visitor pass and I would like to take part in the Great Networking Party - can I pay only for this event?

No, there is no possibility to purchase an extra ticket only for the Great Networking Party.
If you are interested in any of the side events you need to consider buying a different pass.

5. Can I buy a pass only for one day of the conference?

No, we don't offer one-day passes.

6. Can two people enter with one ticket on different days of the conference?

No, tickets cannot be divided between conference days. Tickets are assigned to your name, so only one person can enter per ticket.

7. Can I purchase several passes on my account?

You can purchase several passes and transfer them to your friends/coworkers. Order all passes to your account and pay for it. Then log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.

8. How can I transfer my pass to another person?

You just have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”. You can transfer one ticket at a time.

Transferring a pass is not possible after check in.

9. When can I purchase my ticket online?

If you're sure that you want to participate, don't wait with ordering your ticket - pass prices increase until the conference. You can purchase a pass here.

NOTE: Payment via a proforma invoice is possible only until May 11th. The payment has to be confirmed a day before the conference at the latest.

10. Do I need to print my pass?

There is no need to print your ticket. On your profile on the Infoshare website or in the app, you will find a Registration QR Code. You can also download it from the website as a PDF file.

If you are registered on our website and bought a pass, you will receive a badge at the registration desk at the venue after showing your Check-in QR Code. There is also a possibility to collect your badge at the side events.

11. Will Basic Passes be for free?

This year there will be no free Basic Passes.

12. What is online check in?

Check in works like registration at the conference in person. You need to decide which pass you log into by choosing the proper checkbox. To do that you need to have a pass on the account. After check in, you can't change your email address, name, surname and you can't transfer the pass. If you have more than one pass, you can change which one is checked in on your account in the "Your tickets". You can't do that if you have multiple passes of the same type. Checked in pass is visible in the profile.

13. How does the referral program work?

After you purchase a pass you will be assigned a personal code. Share the code to receive a pass upgrade or an additional pass.

1. How much does the participation in Infoshare cost?

Here you can find passes with many profits included. Check details of the pass that you are interested in.

2. How can I pay for my pass?

You can pay by:
- credit/debit card,
- online transfer,
- BLIK,
- Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout.
- if you can't use any of these methods and you need a pro forma invoice, you can find it in the order confirmation email.
NOTE: Payment via a proforma invoice is possible only until May 11th. The payment has to be confirmed a day before the conference at the latest.

3. Can I order my ticket now and pay for it later?

Yes, you can order your ticket now and pay later by credit/debit card, online transfer, BLIK, Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout. When you are asked to pay (while ordering a pass), choose the option to pay later. After that, you'll have 7 days to complete the payment before your order is cancelled.

NOTE: The order has to be paid in order to participate in the conference.

4. When does the current pass price change?

Here, on the top of the page, you can find the date of the nearest price change. Prices go up after the day shown.

1. How can I get an invoice?

You will receive an invoice on the email address you put in for the order. You can also download the invoice from your account on our website - go to the "Your orders" tab. The document will be ready 48 hours after your payment is confirmed.

2. How can I get a proforma invoice?

If you need a pro forma invoice, you can find it in the order confirmation email.

3. Can you deduct the VAT since you are selling within the EU?

To comply with EU law (Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive), we have to charge VAT in the country where the event takes place.

We are not an entity covered by the education system or an entity that has been accredited to provide vocational education and retraining services and therefore we do not apply VAT reductions to the price of a conference ticket.

1. I can’t attend the conference and I don’t want to transfer my pass. Can I get a refund?

You've got 14 days to return your ticket. To accomplish this, you need to send your resignation to the email address: contact@infoshare.pl from the email address you used during registration. In that case, the payment will be returned within 14 days to the bank account, from which the payment was made.

2. Can I cancel an unpaid order?

Yes, to cancel your order, please write to us at contact@infoshare.pl

3. I bought a paid pass more than 14 days ago, but I can’t come to the conference. What should I do?

You can transfer your pass to another person. You have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.

1. What pass should I buy if I want to represent a startup at Infoshare?

For startups we have a dedicated ticket - Startup Pass available for all stage projects. This is a paid pass but the first step would be applying for it. We will check if you are a truly innovative tech project before we invite you to join the Infoshare 2026 conference as a startup. It is one pass per person, but you can order more passes and transfer them to your team members.

The Startup Competition Application is not a pass. In order to attend the conference you need to have a pass. For the 10 Startup Contest finalists, we offer 2 Startup Passes for free.

2. What is Infoshare's definition of a startup?

Infoshare agrees with Steve Blank's definition: a startup is an organization formed to search for a repeatable and scalable business model and a business model describes how your company creates, delivers, and captures value. The startup offers its own innovative product. Companies offering services, like consulting and programming services (e.g. software houses) or projects run by established companies/corporations can not be named as startups in this definition.

5. Is one Startup Pass for one person only?

Yes, one Startup Pass pass gives access to the Infoshare conference for one person only.

1. How can I have a booth at Infoshare’s Innovation Village?

We have a dedicated Startup Expo Package:

  • It is a limited offer for MVP-stage startups.

1. Is there an ATM?

An ATM is located at the main entrance, next to the Żaglowa street.

2. Where should I look for accommodation in Gdańsk?

3. Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users?

Nearly all areas at Infoshare are accessible for wheelchairs. If you need wheelchair assistance, please let us know prior to the conference (via email: contact@infoshare.pl) or at the Info Point next to the registration desks.

4. Will there be access to drinkable water at the conference?

Water dispensers will be available at the venue, we encourage you to bring your own reusable bottle.

1. Can I collect the badge for someone else?

No. When registering at the conference venue you can only collect your own badge.

2. Do I have to wear my badge and wristband all the time?

Yes, you have to wear them during all conference days and all side events.
Organizers reserve the right to forbid entering the conference or a side event without the badge and wristband.

3. Do I need to have my ID with me during the conference?

Yes, you need to have your ID (or another document with your photo) during the conference and all side events. You may be asked by Organizers to prove your identity.

The recordings will be available to access through our agenda up to a month after the conference. You will be informed via email.

- Partner Executive.

Access to the Infoshare 2025 Conference recordings is granted for everyone that bought the Infoshare 2025 Recording Pass.

- Media,

- Investor.

Access to the Infoshare 2025 Conference recordings is granted for three months to holders of the following passes:
