Infoshare is a conference where you can share your story and make your ideas happen. This year's Infoshare conference takes place on the 20-21st of May 2026. The conference consists of two days full of expert speeches delivered on seven stages as well as matchmaking sessions, speed dating, round tables, meetings with experts and side events.

Infoshare is an event organized by a group of professionals experienced with technology, marketing and management, thoroughly dedicated to making it the best possible high-quality event for all of our guests. The Infoshare team started building the conference more than 19 years ago, making it the biggest tech conference in Central-Eastern Europe. Find more information here.

There is no specific dress code for Infoshare, however people tend to dress smart casual for our side events.

The event is open for everyone over the age of 15. You just need to have a pass.

Yes, you need to have your ID (or another document with your photo) during the conference and all side events. You may be asked by Organizers to prove your identity.

No, you need to be over the age of 15. People under 15 years of age may participate in the conference only under the supervision of adults.

No, side events are available only for conference attendees.

Taking photographs and video for private use is permitted.

Sure! Children younger than 7 can attend the conference without a ticket, accompanied by an adult.

You can enter the title of a project you are running, the name of the organization to which you belong, the name of the university, etc.
You can also be creative and write whatever you want! But remember it will be presented under your name at your conference badge.

To give a speech at Infoshare or propose a speaker for you need to send your application for the “Call for Speakers”.

Publications, articles, and all non-commercial Infoshare-related usage of the photos is okay when crediting the photographer and mentioning that the photo is from Infoshare.

You are not allowed to neither edit the photos nor to use them for commercial purposes. If you want to use the photos for commercial use, contact media@infoshare.pl.

Volunteering is open to anyone over the age of 15 who is interested in tech, innovation, events, and of course fun!

After purchasing a pass you should get an email confirmation. The pass will be visible on your Infoshare account after logging in on our website (in the “Your passes” tab on your profile).

Each pass type (e.g., visitor/general/executive/startup/business angel/investor) gives you different profits.

No, all orders must be placed on our website.

No, there is no possibility to purchase an extra ticket only for the Great Networking Party.
If you are interested in any of the side events you need to consider buying a different pass.

No, we don't offer one-day passes.

No, tickets cannot be divided between conference days. Tickets are assigned to your name, so only one person can enter per ticket.

You can purchase several passes and transfer them to your friends/coworkers. Order all passes to your account and pay for it. Then log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.

You just have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”. You can transfer one ticket at a time.

Transferring a pass is not possible after check in.

There is no deadline - you can even register and buy a pass at the conference (via your mobile device). After you purchase a pass online, go to the registration desk for your badge.

There is no need to print your ticket. On your profile on the Infoshare website or in the app, you will find a Registration QR Code. You can also download it from the website as a PDF file.

If you are registered on our website and bought a pass, you will receive a badge at the registration desk at the venue after showing your Check-in QR Code. There is also a possibility to collect your badge at the side events.

This year there will be no free Basic Passes.

Check in works like registration at the conference in person. You need to decide which pass you log into by choosing the proper checkbox. To do that you need to have a pass on the account. After check in, you can't change your email address, name, surname and you can't transfer the pass. If you have more than one pass, you can change which one is checked in on your account in the "Your tickets". You can't do that if you have multiple passes of the same type. Checked in pass is visible in the profile.

- Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout.

Only online payments are allowed due to the close time to the Infoshare Conference. Bank transfer payments (based on a proforma invoice) are not available.

Yes, you can order your ticket now and pay later by credit/debit card, online transfer, BLIK, Google Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout. When you are asked to pay (while ordering a pass), choose the option to pay later. After that, you'll have 7 days to complete the payment before your order is cancelled.

NOTE: The order has to be paid in order to participate in the conference.

You will receive an invoice on the email address you put in for the order. You can also download the invoice from your account on our website - go to the "Your orders" tab. The document will be ready 48 hours after your payment is confirmed.

If you need a pro forma invoice, you can find it in the order confirmation email.
Only online payments are allowed due to the close time to the Infoshare Conference. Bank transfer payments (based on a proforma invoice) are not available.

To comply with EU law (Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive), we have to charge VAT in the country where the event takes place.

We are not an entity covered by the education system or an entity that has been accredited to provide vocational education and retraining services and therefore we do not apply VAT reductions to the price of a conference ticket.

You've got 14 days to return your ticket. To accomplish this, you need to send your resignation to the email address: contact@infoshare.pl from the email address you used during registration. In that case, the payment will be returned within 14 days to the bank account, from which the payment was made.

You can transfer your pass to another person. You have to log into your account on our website, go to the “Your passes” tab and click “Transfer to other person”.

Yes, the Recording Passes are available on our website.

The recordings will be available to access through our agenda up to a month after the conference. You will be informed via email.

Access to the Infoshare 2025 Conference recordings is granted for one year to holders of the following passes:

- Executive,
- Business,
- Media,
- Business Angel,
- Investor.

Access to the Infoshare 2025 Conference recordings is granted for three months to holders of the following passes:

- Conference,
- Startup.

Access to the Infoshare 2024 Conference recordings is granted for everyone that bought the Infoshare 2024 Recording Pass.

Access to the Infoshare 2024 Conference recordings is granted for six months to holders of the following passes for Infoshare 2025:

- Executive,
- Business,
- Media,
- Business Angel,
- Investor.

If you had a ticket for Infoshare Katowice 2025, you are eligible for a discount code for Infoshare 2026 tickets, depending on your ticket type:

• Standard Ticket or Media Ticket – PLN 100 discount

• Premium Ticket – PLN 150 discount

• All-in-One Ticket – PLN 200 discount

Promotion rules:

• The attendee receives one discount regardless of the number of tickets available on their account. The participant must have at least 1 ticket on their account.

• The discount does not apply to people who had: Bilet Student.

• The discount code will be sent out via email to the Infoshare Katowice 2025 conference participants after the sale of tickets for the Infoshare 2026 Conference starts.

• The discount code is valid until 30 April 2026.

• The discount applies only to the purchase of paid tickets for Infoshare 2026 Conference (does not apply to other conferences and events organized by Infoshare Sp. z.o.o.).

• The discount code can be used only for one transaction. If the transaction is less than discount value, the discount will be granted up to the transaction amount (the difference in the discount value will not be charged for subsequent transactions).

• The discount cannot be exchanged for other benefits, including cash, other than those described above.

• It is not possible to use two discounts on one participant’s account.

• The discount code can be shared to a different person by the participant.
