Rafał Szymański

He is a digital marketing expert with experience building such departments from scratch at companies such as Sanofi, Roche Philips, and 3M, where he was responsible for electronic sales (B2B, B2C, and B2G) in 47 countries. A pioneer in implementing LinkedIn Sales Navigator on a corporate scale, he is now in charge of its implementation in B2B companies. He is also co-founder of a company specializing in B2B sales leads and Social Media automation. He has won numerous marketing awards, including Effie and Golden Arrow, and is a two-time podium winner at the I Love Marketing & Technology conference. Privately, he is active as a social activist and father of four children, one of whom is struggling with a mental crises diagnosed as schizophrenia. His TEDx talk "Depression is the Kidnapper of Our Children" was ranked by TED in the top 10 health speeches of 2019. He has worked with government institutions and NGOs on child and adolescent psychiatry reform. He is an expert by experience in the Mental Health Commission at the Ombudsman's Office. He supports the "Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę" Foundation and the "Młode Głowy" program of the UNAWEZA Foundation.
