Preparing to raise capital – decks, plans and pitches

Alan will discuss sources of funding and deciding why and when to raise equity capital, and reasons not to, or to wait. They will suggest how to prepare mentally, and what collateral is needed. The focus will be also given to how to discover and approach investors, whether family/friends, angels or VCs, and what investors want to see in writing and how to be a star when pitching.
