Joanna Górska

At Endeavor Poland, Joanna is responsible for supporting high-growth technology entrepreneurs in their global scaling, with the goal of building a strong, supportive and globally connected entrepreneurship ecosystem in Poland. Endeavor identifies, mentors, and co-invests in entrepreneurs that build world-class businesses and grow entrepreneurial ecosystems. Prior to joining Endeavor, she lived and worked in Washington, D.C. for 10 years, where she advised companies and start-ups on foreign expansion and business development in various industries, ran acceleration programs and cooperated with corporations, investors, mentors and entrepreneurial communities.
