IT is TEAL - How do we make it work for us?

The time of hierarchical structures, micro-management, decision-making in the hands of one person and keeping secrets from employees is over. This is at least the case with teal organizations.
I will tell you about an organisation where everyone's voice is important, decisions are made in partnership and transparently, people trust each other, they work without excessive tension, without control and management, and yet still achieve above-average results, because everyone feels co-responsible for the result.
Transparent salaries? Profit participation in the organization? Managing yourself? A real impact on the technology we use? Yes. It is also possible. And it works. And you don't have to be on the board to take those decisions.
It is not perfect. But for us, it works. Even though, there is a dark side of teal, which I will tell you about also.
