How to scale your B2B sales?

Measurable, repeatable and scalable sales results are the dream of many business owners.

The key to achieving this goal is to take three steps to organize and systematize activities - describing processes, managing by objectives and using tools that will let you change that strategy into the daily work of sales representatives.

During my presentation, I will show you how you can design a B2B sales process based on the customer's purchasing process by yourself, how to define sustainable sales team goals and how to optimize and improve operations to scale B2B sales in a few steps.

The starting point for my presentation is the problems faced by entrepreneurs and sales managers who want to increase their sales team. It is based on my own experience, as well as on the results of interviews that I conducted with people responsible for sales in companies with which I have the pleasure to work with. The presentation aims to address these problems and show how to prevent them. I will also show shortly a practical methodology setting up a B2B sales process for self-use, which we rehearsed for the last three years during our workshops, which were attended by a total of several hundred people.
