Best practices for startup community building

How do you build an amazing startup community that births unicorn after unicorn?  In this talk, I’ll try to distill some of the lessons I learned in startup community building in  Scandinavia, the reigning “unicorn factory of the world”, with the most unicorns per capita.  I will use  personal (and hopefully not too biased) examples to explain how to grow a startup ecosystem, what tools to use to build  community platforms, how to drive ecosystem support from the broader community, and which alcoholic drink is best for motivating unpaid volunteers.
