With hands-on experience in business development, investment and communications, Ben continues to help drive Tylko to the next level. His innovative approach to acquiring talent, funding, partnerships and collaboration provides a solid framework for growth. While studying Law at the University of Vienna, Ben took an interest in investment banking, exploring projects that connected entrepreneurs with finance. Business-minded, he honed his skills at one of the leading corporate finance boutiques. Ben’s central focus has always been developing the business through people. Hiring the best talent, building meaningful partnerships that inject capital and knowledge, accelerating company’s growth and reach. This became the driving force behind the creation of Startup Poland, a non-profit organisation setting startups on the right course. A perfect fit, in 2014 Ben joined Hanna Kokczyńska, Jacek Majewski, Mikołaj Molenda and Michał Piasecki to found Tylko.
