Insights from implementing a product-led approach to an African Social App

In my presentation, I'd like to share the lessons learned from the past two years of implementing a product-led culture into the African social app project (messaging app with over 0,5 active users operating on three continents). I'll be talking about:
- Why should you intentionally pick the game you play (and avoid the horizontal approach), and how to successfully choose your vertical
- Is it possible to grow the engagement by 200% without having the NSM framework implemented or a roadmap (spoiler alert, it is:-p)
- How do different demographics (in our case, it was Nigeria, UK & USA) impact your DAU & ARPU performance

- Discovery hacking (do's & don'ts) if you just have a delivery team 
- How I met Marty Cagan & the entire SVPG senior team & performed with them at one stage during the largest product event in Western Africa
