Key Information for Infoshare Gdańsk 2026 Participants

Registration

Each participant will receive a badge (and a wristband for pass holders other than Visitor Pass) that must be worn throughout all days of the conference — entry to the main event and side activities is not allowed without it.

To collect your badge at the conference, simply show the QR code available in our app or on your profile after logging into the Infoshare website.

Registration hours:

  • May 20th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • May 21st: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Program

  • The day before the conference, join us for the Welcome Cocktail Party at 7 PM on May 19th.

  • Get into the rhythm by joining the Before Party at 8PM on May 19th.

  • The official opening of the conference will take place on the Inspire Stage at 10:00 AM on May 20th.

  • The speeches take place at the same time on 7 thematic stages.

  • Investor Meetup begins at 5 PM on May 20th.

  • The Great Networking Party begins at 7:00 PM on May 20th.

  • The Sunset Leaders' Boat Trip sets sail at 5:30 PM on May 21st.

  • Join the After Party at 7 PM on May 21st.

  • On both days of the conference there is also: Speed Dating*, Round Tables*, Matchmaking* and Meetings with Experts*

The conference takes place at Amber Expo in Gdańsk.

Food and drinks

  • The lunch area will be open from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

  • The food trucks will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • General, Executive, Startup, Business Angel, Investor Partner General, Partner Executive and Media Pass holders get 2 lunch coins for the 2 days of the conference.

  • The VIP Area will be open during the following hours, offering dedicated catering and refreshments for VIP guests:

    • May 20: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • May 21: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Exchange your vouchers for meals at any Food Truck or in the Lunch Area.

  • Water dispensers will be available throughout the conference venue. We encourage you to bring your own reusable bottle.

How to get

  • BY CAR

    There is a city parking right next to the conference venue.

    Price list:

    • 3 PLN for the first 30 minutes,

    • 4 PLN for the next 30 minutes,

    • 7 PLN for each subsequent hour.

  • PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

    • Trams: lines 7, 10 - stop Żaglowa - AmberExpo

    • Bus: line 149 - stop Klonowicza

    • Bus: line 158 - stop Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk or stop Żaglowa - AmberExpo*

    • Bus: line 258 - stop Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk or stop

    *NOTE - The “Żaglowa - AmberExpo” stop is on demand, you have to pres the stop button for the bus to stop.

Recordings

Recordings of the Infoshare 2026 Conference will be available through the Agenda up to a month after the event, with email notifications sent to attendees with access.

  • 3 months: General, Startup, Business Angel, Media, Partner General Passes

  • 6 months: Executive, Investor, Partner Executive Passes

Please note: The availability of a recording depends on the speaker’s consent. If a speaker has not agreed to share their recording, this information will be indicated in the agenda.
