Zbigniew Łapiński

Zbigniew is responsible for investment sourcing, transactions and portfolio management for the funds managed by 3TS. 3TS invests in CEE region in highly scalable technology companies with unique software solutions / platforms. Currently 3TS invests from Fund IV. Zbigniew has 26 years of experience in TMT private and public transactions as an investor, advisor, or a strategic buyer. Prior to joining 3TS in 2005, Zbigniew was CFO of Netia SA where beside large debt restructuring case he was also involved in M&A transactions. Working as a regional analyst for Deutsche Bank and earlier for Creditanstalt Securities SA, Zbigniew has also gained experience in IPO and secondary public transactions. For the last 18 years, Zbigniew has also served as independent supervisory board member of WSE listed companies. Zbigniew holds a M.Sc. from the Warsaw School of Economics.
