Włodzimierz Kuc

Director at the Department for R&D Investments, NCBR. For the last few years he has been cooperating with the National Centre of Research and Development. Currently responsible for implementing financial instruments dedicated to technology start-ups.

A graduate of Law and Psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Cracov. He also studied International Relations and Law at Durham University in Great Britain. Moreover, he graduated from the School of American Law conducted by lecturers of The Catholic University of America, Columbus Scool of Law, Washington D.C.
