Why do we want to be super unique as leaders, and this is our chance to win and risk of falling at the same time?

When we build a Company for the first time, we want to do it well: give the value quickly, not losing (so much) time and money as well as hire right people and use their knowledge and energy in a proper way.
On the one hand, we would like to follow those, who have already done it, take all hints, implement their tips and avoid their mistakes. And on the other hand, there is a ‘no’ inside us, founders, which shouts: ‘my company is different, we don't have such problems, we will skip all these hard staff’.
