Szymon Ciach

Szymon Ciach is an attorney-at-law who specializes in the area of technology and financial market regulations. He supports clients in concluding IT contracts, having significant experience in negotiations with foreign partners as well as being leading lawyer in international projects at the level of capital groups. He is an expert in the implementation of cloud computing services and IT outsourcing in the financial sector, and is experienced in strategic cloud-migration projects. As Legal Group Coordinator of the Polish Bank Association (ZBP), Szymon co-authored the Polish Cloud Standard 2.0., the new version of the cloud computing implementation framework for the banking industry. Szymon is the leader of a team specialising in Web 3.0. solutions, such as Blockchain, Metaverse, NFT, Cryptoassets. He coordinates multidisciplinary projects in this field and advises on building new business models at the interface of finance and technology. He is a graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
