In the modern day marketplace, consumers of both B2C and B2B have more power then ever during the sales process. 
 
It's key for any successful business to continuously add value for both their potential and existing customers. To do this, you have to both understand and listen to your customer. 
 
During my workshop I will share my knowledge and examples of how to scale with your client base the same attention and care you gave your first client using automation, behavioral data, human interaction and more.

Workshop led by Mick Griffin -  he has over 8 years experience in building and maintaining business development strategies. Specializing in cross boarder sales, Mick created the first sales team at GetResponse developing a team to expand into North America, Europe, and Asia. Mick is now Chief Revenue Officer at Brand24 Internet Monitoring. Working with Mike Sadowski to both replicate and expand Brand24's position as number 1 provider in Poland to the international marketplace.
