Sana Afouaiz is an award-winning gender expert, author, and advocate for women's rights. She has spoken in 50+ countries, addressing universities, global panels, and international forums on feminism, social impact, and gender equality. Her book, Invisible Women of the Middle East, sheds light on women’s struggles in the region.

In 2016, she founded Womenpreneur Initiative, empowering women in entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation. Under her leadership, Womenpreneur has trained 25,000+ women across Belgium and MENA, equipping them with essential skills and opportunities. She also launched Womenpreneur Space, Belgium’s first 100% female tech training center.

With 7+ years of experience advising the United Nations, European Commission, and corporate institutions, she has helped shape key gender policies and contributed to resolutions in New York, Geneva, Bali, and Paris.
