Roch Norwa

Roch Norwa is acting as a Lead System Engineer – End User Computing Specialist for Eastern Europe. With Vmware since 2011. He is responsible for evangelization and technical presales support of Vmware solutions that empower modern digital workspaces for key customers in the region. 

Before joining Vmware, Roch worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Microsoft where he was taking care of endpoint management solutions, he also ran his own consulting company for a couple of years. 

He has more than 15 years of professional experience in IT. Digital business transformation based on mobile and cloud solutions is his area of best expertise. He helped dozens of customers in Eastern Europe to change the way how their employees work daily with technology. His professional credo is that sharing knowledge is more important than just having it. 

Privately a globetrotter, dog fancier and amateur carpenter.
