Open source, but in an enterprise environment. Is that even possible?! Not just possible, but most of all brings a lot of benefits to both organization and individuals - engineers, managers, scientists.
I would like to tell you a story about our way of implementing large-scale software engineering culture evolution in Roche, through promoting open software development within company walls. Such a movement is called an InnerSource, and during my presentation I will share some useful hints and patterns on how you can run it within your own team, department or organization.
