Paweł Lipkowski

I am a corporate finance and strategy professional with investment banking background. I am passionate about start-ups and the way they change the world around us. I strive to actively shape the startup environment myself, currently working at PFR Ventures as an Investment Manager in the PFR Starter Program, a PLN 782m program addressed at venture capital funds looking to invest at the pre-revenue stage.

I have advised both international and Polish clients, with focus on TMT companies. Financial and transaction advisory experience gained from BZ WBK's Corporate Finance department and EY's Transaction advisory. Practical know-how of the capital markets, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs/SPOs, valuation and due diligence projects.
