Martin Mikulášek

Martin is co-founder of Citymind, building AI agents that help governments communicate with citizens at scale. His work focuses on redesigning public services through AI, enabling institutions to respond faster, reduce friction, and rebuild trust through reliable, transparent communication.

Recognized as one of the most influential rising figures in AI in the Czech Republic and a member of Sigma Squared Society, Martin represents a new generation of founders applying AI to real-world systems. At 21, he chose to enter the govtech space, a domain many founders avoid due to its complexity, to tackle systemic inefficiencies in how institutions interact with people.

Together with his team, he has worked on real deployments with cities, universities, and organizations, combining technical execution with a strong emphasis on human accountability in AI. His approach balances automation with responsibility, ensuring that while AI handles scale, humans retain control over judgment and decisions.
