Magdalena Olczak, PhD

Investment Manager at Experior Venture Fund, responsible for investment processes, she also supports portfolio companies in the areas of marketing, sales processes and business development. Previously, she worked at Data Ventures venture capital fund, where she was involved in acquiring investment projects, their evaluation and cooperation with potential co-investors. In total, she took an active part in several transactions, including financing of round A by the portfolio company. She also wrote a PhD thesis about venture capital funds in Poland at Warsaw School of Economics. As a part of  research, she did more than 50 in-depth interviews with VC funds, startups and business institutions related to the startup ecosystem. She promote women in business and also participates in acceleration programs as a mentor. Earlier, among others for over 4 years she worked for - Euromoney Group, managing the information platform EMIS in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
