In the last few months, we've moved from a tech village to a tech jungle. Unfortunately, we have also taken the laws of the jungle with us, including the most important one: The strongest always wins. 

Dean of the WSB University in Warsaw. President of the Lem Institute. In 2016-2017, advisor to the Minister of the Digital Affairs, from 2017 Director of the Data Management Department.

He graduated with honors from the European Academy of Diplomacy. In 2017, he was awarded a special award for his contribution to the reform of personal data protection in the competition of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Wolters Kluwer Publishing House. In 2019 he was awarded the Digital Shapers statuette, called the "Digital Oscar", for a special contribution to education in new technologies. In 2018, took 23rd of 50 most influential lawyers in Poland by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, and in 2019 he was promoted to 15th place, being recognized as "face of the GDPR in Poland".
