Louis Papaemmanuel

Louis Papaemmanuel has been working at the interface of technology and innovation with a strong focus in European funding throughout his career, with a track record of 30 mil euros of grant funding raised in the past 10 years. Louis was the Director of EU Startup Services, the leading Europe-wide consultancy on EU Funding for Startups, consulting over 1550 startups on funding in over 20 EU countries, and securing funding for over 50 startups in less than 2 years.

He has extensive experience in project design and management, in charge of leading consortia of various sizes in government funded projects with budgets in excess of 1,5 million euros. At 31, he is an experienced public speaker and is regularly invited to share his experiences as a consultant within entrepreneurial ecosystems by prominent innovation platforms and public institutions (European Commission & Parliament, African Union, UNESCO, Bruegel, amongst other).
