Karol Wojtczak

Karol Wojtczak is a graduate of law at the University of Warsaw and the head of Transaction Monitoring Hub at ING Group. He is also a lecturer at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he runs Postgraduate Studies in the field of Compliance and AML. Over the past 15 years, Karol has served global banks in building shared service capabilities for regional and global AML processes. His experience includes building and managing functions and processes, global process standardization, change management and change control, as well as process optimization and delivering automation in AML processes. Karol also holds a diploma from the AML International Compliance Association in cooperation with the University of Manchester, and since 2018 he has been the co-chairman of ACAMS Poland Chapter.
