Kaja Kirstine Lilleng

Kaja is the co-founder of Nordic Impact Investing Network (NIIN) - connecting impact investors, activities and communities across the Nordics. She is head of Investor Relations at Nordic Impact and builds impact investing initiatives in the Nordics and Asia. Nordic Impact invests in and helps grow tech companies that solve social and environmental challenges through its Katapult system, and includes units such as Katapult Future Fest, Katapult Accelerator, Katapult Ocean, Katapult Fund and more (see katapult.world). 

Kaja is also an alumni of Wave Ventures, as investment manager and head of their Danish  branch. Wave Ventures is the first student-run VC fund in the Nordics, focusing on pre-seed tech investments throughout the region.

Kaja holds a Masters in Management of Innovation and Business Development and a Bachelors in Business and Chinese language from CBS. 
She is a lover of languages and currently speaks eight.
