Julia Rabin

Julia is project lead at Diversity VC, a UK based non-profit working to build a fairer and more representative VC industry. As project lead Julia oversees a number of programmes engaging VC professionals in addressing Diversity levels in their funds, including the internship programme Future VC that places underrepresented individuals with some of Europe's top VCs and the Diversity VC Standard - the world's first benchmark for diversity and inclusion policy in a fund. Before joining Diversity VC she worked on a number of projects in the London startup ecosystem, most notably running the Green Light Programme: an investment readiness programme connecting early stage founders with Angels and VCs across the UK's capital.
