Julia Izmałkowa – is a HUMANOLOGIST - she translates human behaviour, emotions and culture into a language that is practical and inspiring for businesses and marketers. In 2005, Julia founded IZMALKOWA, Europe’s first agency to specialise in the psychology of lies for business and marketing.

IZMALKOWA works with the world’s biggest brands, helping them break through the fake reality of “ever happy” consumer. That’s why Julia is the favourite researcher of advertising agencies. She never delivers brand personas and does not believe in focus groups. As Head of Havas once told her after a research presentation: it was like watching a James Bond movie, but about real people.

She believes in enhancing creation through truth and real insights that are surprising and human oriented. She is also a creative power speaker and writer. Her talks centre on human behaviour, psychology, social change, consumer insight and gender differences in all marketing and business media in Poland.
