Jowita Michalska

Jowita Michalska is the founder and CEO of Digital University, and a recognized expert in education, the future of work, and emerging technologies. She serves as a Digital EU Ambassador and as an advisor on digital affairs for Poland’s Presidency of the EU Council in 2025. She supports business leaders through development programs created in partnership with top U.S. universities and institutions such as Singularity University. Through the Digital University Foundation, which she established, she helps young women and students gain the skills needed for the future. She is the author of the podcast Digitalks and the book School in the Age of AI, and the founder of Masters & Robots – a flagship event that brings global innovation leaders to Poland. She has received accolades including Digital Shaper and Businesswoman of the Year, and was named one of the 100 most powerful women in business by Forbes Women Polska.
