John Boezeman

John is the Chief Architect and Chief Technical Officer at Acoustic.

In the past, he was the CTO for Watson Marketing offerings, this includes Watson Campaign Automation, Customer Analytics (IBM Tealeaf, IBM Digital Analytics, IBM Journey Analytics), Universal Business Exchange(UBX), IBM Real Time Personalization. Previously he was CTO for IBM Customer Engagement, this included IBM Watson Commerce, IBM Digital Experience, and IBM Sterling Order Management. He has been in the industry of engaging customers for 30years, from programmer, team lead, architect, etc. across many products, and industries.
