Jarek Jarzębowski

My journey took me from the position of HR Business Partner in a strictly hierarchical organization employing over 3,000 people, to a Software House, which operates in a completely different way and employs 20 people. Here, I took the position of People & Culture Lead and understood something extremely important. 
Now I know that it is possible and it is worth working differently. You can and should design the organization and organizational culture in such a way that it works for all the people, not just the ones on top. 
I share my perspective in podcast, training, conferences and LinkedIn regularly, because I believe that job is not only a place where we go for 8 hours to earn money, but a part of our life that should allow us to pursue our goals and passions, develop and feel good.
And these should not be empty words.
