Jakub Dziwisz

AirHelp's CTO, Jakub Dziwisz, joined the company in 2016 with the goal of building software that automates claim filing and processing. Since then, he nearly tripled the size of the Engineering team, balancing its focus between solving business problems efficiently and creating reliable software.
Jakub’s team scaled the technical infrastructure to handle 10 times more claims. Among their achievements are the robot-lawyer LARA, agent-bot AgA, and several other bots that currently automate over 25% of the entire claim process. This year, they're on track towards doubling that result.
Jakub is a problem solver at heart, with a strong background in building software, growing teams, and scaling companies. He has 20 years of experience in software engineering, with half of that spent creating technology for the travel industry. When he needs to think, Jakub puts on his running shoes or hops on his bike. He frequently competes in mid and long distance triathlons.
