Iana Mykhailenko

Iana is a Director of Engineering at Turnitin. She has worked with geographically distributed engineering teams from Europe, Ukraine, and the Americas for 13 years. Her teams work on ten different products across Turnitin's portfolio now. Iana founded a technology company in the e-commerce domain. Among her other activities/work projects, Iana is a judge and a mentor at international competitions for developers and hackathons. As a volunteer, she judges the Mathematical Olympiads. Iana co-founded 10 per—an educational organization with a mission to bring the Ukrainian IT community to the world stage by organizing educational programs, events, and mentorship programs.
