As the Internet of Things continues to grow, more and more companies are launching IoT initiatives to capitalize on this trend. But given the complexity of IoT products, companies quickly realize that there’s a lot they don’t know, and they lack a structured approach for creating a winning product strategy.

In this talk, Daniel Elizalde will share the top challenges companies face when starting their IoT journey. And he will introduce the IoT Decision Framework, which is the same framework he uses with his clients around the world and teaches at Stanford University to help companies craft robust IoT product strategies.
