Gregor has been in leadership positions for over 20 years in blue-chip, SME, and start-up environments. He has lived and worked in North America, Asia, and Europe, and he holds various certifications in coaching and psychometric analysis. He believes in the circle way and that all voices should be heard. Facilitation to him is just a temporary fix until we can work again in a way that feels natural.
