Eli Feldman

Mr. Feldman serves as the Chief Technology Officer with focus on Advanced Technology Practice and Competency Centers. In this role, he has responsibility to advance and strengthen EPAM technology expertise and engineering capabilities to empower EPAM clients in the wake of rapid technology change. Prior to his current role, he was the Head of the Cloud Computing Competency Center enabling comprehensive adoption of cloud engineering skills and capabilities across EPAM and successfully driving cloud transformation with EPAM clients.

Mr. Feldman joined EPAM in 2010 as part of an acquisition of Instant Information, Inc. where he served as SVP, Engineering and Operations and was instrumental in driving the growth of Instant Information from its inception to a successful acquisition by EPAM. Mr. Feldman has more than 22 years of experience in the high-tech industry as a software developer and systems architect for scientific, military and information systems and in the last 10 years in technology management.
