Barry Dorrans

Barry is the security "curmudgeon" for Microsoft's .NET which means he gets to look after the .NET and ASP.NET frameworks, tools and template code, searching for potential insecurities and hopefully preventing that code shipping. When that goes wrong he triages the publicly and privately reported vulnerabilities before getting someone else to fix them, meaning he gets all of the fun and none of the responsibility, and also security emails while on honeymoon.
