Antti Niittyviita

Antti Niittyviita is best described as a source of energy in everything that he does.  

In his book Storytools of Testing and many talks Antti shares his story of how a nerdy testerboy set out on a perilous journey by founding a business at the worst time of the millenium. Through the financial crisis and adversities that followed he ended up as the CEO by accident. A single seed of an idea helped both Antti and the business to push through. ”Life and Business are like the season. You cannot change the seasons, but you can change yourself.”  

Today Antti runs a successful business of 45 software testing professionals. Over the course of these 14 years as a testing guru and a CEO, the author has met more than 2200 people in one-to-one discussions about how to create level ups in quality.
