Agnieszka Kulikowska

Agnieszka is a Senior Partner in Page Executive; an executive search consultant and headhunter by passion. She introduced the international Page Executive brand to the Polish market in 2014 and forms part of the local Board of Michael Page, the largest permanent recruitment company in Poland. During the last 15 years, she led more than 300 recruitment projects, including 150+ mandates for Management Board and Director level roles including many with regional and global responsibility. She was awarded as the leading consultant in PageGroup every year during the last 10 years. She heads our Global Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors network and actively engages in building diversity on Board levels. She is active in the field of LGBT+ rights advocacy and is a member of the Board of Campaign Against Homophobia, the largest NGO of its kind in Poland. One of her areas of focus are senior technology roles - she helps build tech hubs in Poland and attract the best tech talent for her clients.
