Covid-19 related instructions and documents.

1. Participation

Only a healthy person, without symptoms suggesting COVID-19 disease, may enter the Conference Venue. Access to the Conference will be denied to any person who: is ill; is living at home with a person in quarantine or home isolation; is in quarantine or home isolation for COVID-19 disease.

The Conference should not be attended by any person who has had possible direct contact, to the best of their knowledge, with a person who has been recently diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection and there is high risk and likelihood of spreading the infectious disease to other Conference participants.

2. Safety Measures

To prevent the spread of the virus, we apply the following measures:

Please remember to:

• use separate entry and exit points
• wear a mask (if you do not have one, you will get it at the registration point)
• keep a minimum distance of 1.5m from other participants
• cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing
• wash and disinfect your hands frequently using the dispensers available at the conference
• prepare your ticket QR code and vaccination certificate (if you have one) so that the registration at the venue would go as quickly as possible

3. Registration at the Venue

To speed up registration process and avoid queues, please have at the ready the following items:

• EU COVID Certificate (if you have one) – the certificate is issued to people who have been vaccinated or who have recovered from the disease, the certificate can be downloaded (for participants from Poland) from the Internet Patient Account (IKP) at pacjent.gov.pl, mojeIKP application, and mObywatel application. You can print out the certificate or show it to us on the screen of your phone.

• If you don't have a certificate, we also accept the results (with your name on them) of a test (PCR or antigen) taken no longer than 48 hours prior to the conference opening.

Great Networking Party

Participation in the Great Networking Party is limited to vaccinated attendees only.

If you wish to participate in the Great Networking Party, remember to:

• bring your wristband – without it you will not be able to enter;
• bring your Infoshare ID badge with a QR code – it will speed up the process of checking if you showed your vaccination certificate or test results at the registration point;
• if you hadn’t shown your COVID certificate (or your results of a PCR or antigen test taken no longer than 48 hours prior to the conference opening) at the conference registration, have it at the ready before entering the club.
• at the entrance we will take a temperature measurement, to enter GNP you need to have a temperature lower than 39 degrees Celsius
