Michał Smida

Michal is the founder and CEO of a fintech company Twisto and a member of Forbes 30 under 30. He lived 11 years abroad in Russia, Great Britain and the US. He began his professional career in London where he joined Barclays Capital investment bank after graduating from King’s College. When he returned to the Czech Republic in 2013, he founded Twisto – the first service for immediate purchase of online goods with the possibility of delayed payment. Twisto has more than 90 employees in Prague, Warsaw and Bratislava and is backed by leading international investors.
