Michał Ciemiński

Michał Ciemiński is a founder and CEO of Platinum Seed, Member of the Board of European Business Angels Network (EBAN) and President of Platinum Investors -Corporate Business Angels Network. Michał Ciemiński is an expert in Polish TMT market with over 20 years of experience and wide network of contacts among Polish TMT sector thanks to his previous C-level arrangements for largest telecoms in Poland (Orange, Polkomtel, Netia). He proofed his ability to effectively re-organize projects, startups, and corporations into highly effective businesses. Project he run i.e. “The City of Plus” – first social media project with mobile operator has been awarded in 2003 at The Globe Award competition as one of the five best projects in the world in the category of New Media. Michał is also a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Platinum Foundation and Investment Director at Bastion Group (leading private equity and consultancy in Poland). Michał is also involved in consulting activities on the level of the board for one of largest Polish CATV operator.Michał holds a Master degree in Administration and Capital Investments from Private Higher School of Business and Administration (Warsaw). He also completed several programmes at INSEAD, LBS and IESE (Advanced Management Programme). His values and attitude focus on creating positive contribution to entities he helps, society and life itself.
