Mariusz Sosna - manager with many years of experience, currently on the position of Cluster Lead at ING Hubs Poland, in charge of the work of more than 500 people, in diverse IT and support teams. On the daily bases involved in IT projects, launching new services, team building and organization development. Author of the book "Pracuj (z) Głowa" which deals with productivity and efficiency in the corporation. In his work he always puts people and their development on the first place as the foundation of the company's success core. Since 2020 he has been actively working as a mentor, supporting other managers in Poland and abroad with his knowledge and business experience. Involved in the development of coaching and mentoring within the organization.
