Marcin Myśliwczyk is the CEO of auticon Poland, an IT consultancy with German-Norwegian roots. The company operates on a strengths-based approach, creating work environments where autistic individuals can thrive and deliver exceptional value. For over 15 years, auticon has been combining technical excellence with a strong social mission, helping organizations enhance their IT capabilities through the cognitive diversity of neurodiverse professionals.

Before joining auticon in June 2023, Marcin worked at the World Bank, where he led the development of digital upskilling programs for underprivileged communities in the Middle East and Africa. His professional background is strongly rooted in digital transformation, particularly in the education and recruitment sectors.
