Justyna Pelc

She works with deep-tech startups to bridge the gap between complex technology and real market demand. Her work focuses on helping founders identify who will actually buy their technology, why they would buy it, and what needs to happen for that decision to happen.

With a background in robotics engineering, she has received multiple international awards in space robotics and space architecture competitions. She is a co-founder of the Innspace Association, Space Robotics Society, and the Polish Astrobiological Society, initiatives connecting researchers, engineers, and the space industry.

Her work has been recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30, the 50 Most Creative People in Business ranking by Brief.pl, and the Top 10 Women in Engineering ranking by Perspektywy. She also mentors technology programs and serves as a juror in robotics competitions.
