James Waite

James brings to his role years of hands-on experience in digital product development, IT Implementations, VMS, SOW and offshore deployments.With responsibility to enable and deliver agile and innovative technology ideas for Gibbs Hybrid, he works closely with Lines of Business to create solutions that support the strategic business vision, ensure business process optimisation and deliver TCO reduction. Having worked and lived in Luxembourg, France and Switzerland, James has strong international experience with varied management roles gained in consultancy, procurement and technology solution groups. James graduated from Lancaster University and holds a PMP certification from the PMI – he’s currently studying with the Open University for a degree in psychology.
