Jacek Fijałkowski

Jacek has over 20 years of practice in business process improvement, modern finance and IT project management in multinational organizations. Jacek is M.Sc. Engineer from Technical University of Gdansk and MBA graduate from Dominican University in Chicago.

For the last 4 years he has been responsible for growing & leading Wipro operation in Poland. He manages complex and matrix organization of 500+ employees from 16 countries which operates from Gdansk and Warsaw delivery centers. The services scope provided by Wipro in Poland include ITO Services ( Digital, Business Application, Global Infrastructure ) , classical BPS- business process services (F&A) and banking back office services ( KYC & AML ).
